It's a good quick workout if that's what you need, or a nice leisurely stroll if that's all you want.

Great views of the Fraser Valley as payoff for a relatively short hike. This is also great spot for bird watching as Bald Eagles, flocks of Ravens and many local varieties often make an appearance at the peak, moreso in the summertime.

Mt Thom is a great place to go for a hike with trails for all abilities
