Great food. And the workers were amazing. So kind and friendly. Highly recommend this for amazing food!!!

The cheeseburger was very good and the bun was nice a fresh. The shack fries were an awesome change from the normal fries. We will be coming back again! I say the burgers here are WAY better then five guys and the prices are better and you you don't have to wait as long!!

The burgers are amazing. First time there today and will definitely be back. Set up to customize your own burger to your liking and then super fresh, juicy and better then any sit down restaurant I've been to.

Came in today with my husband and kids, and it was delicious! I had the plant based burger with vegan cheese, and it was to die for! My husband and kids also really enjoyed their burgers, chicken fingers and milk shakes. You can definitely taste the quality.

The restaurant itself also looks great, super clean and very simple and modern decor. Also, the prices were AWESOME!!!

Burger Shack is pretty good. 4 stars is a pretty generous rating, but the staff and service here are outstanding!

The burgers are good, just nothing special. They reminded me of 5 Guys Burgers a little bit, only with better prices. I was kind of shocked at how reasonable the prices are here.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and some fries with my wife. The selection of toppings for the burgers is actually pretty decent (again, similar to 5 Guys). Our food came quickly and was brought out to us. My burger was as ordered - 2 patties, bacon, cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato, "Shack Sauce" on what appeared to be a Costco sesame seed bun. The fries arrived fresh out of the fryer, well seasoned, in a generous serving size. The fries are a bit of a thicker cut which is just not my preference, but my wife loved them.

If you want a good fast food burger at a decent price definitely try this place out. Are there better burgers in Chilliwack? Definitely, but the atmosphere of the cozy little restaurant and amazing staff make this place great.
