After I made a mistake with the delivery address, Canada Post was a little over zealous with returning the item to sender. The Ice 'N' Fire team were both understanding and extremely helpful in managing the process and making sure I did get the item I ordered before Christmas.

The candle was given as a gift, and was very well received. Great scent, and quality candle. Will definitely recommend them to others.

My boyfriend bought me a candle for my birthday and the ring inside was not sized properly. He called the store and the guy we dealt with said to come in and they would check it.
