The girls are super informative and helpful about different skin care products but never pushy. They have awesome specials every month and even more for VIP members!

I received a facial and my Brazilian and underarms laser from Katie, and she did such a fantastic job! Can't wait to go back for my next treatment! Thank you for all your hard work!!

Katie made me feel super comfortable even when I was super nervous the first time. Even after my first session I noticed huge results. I have now done 2 and am excited to see the results after the 6 sessions are complete. I would 100% recommend smooth effects :)

Seriously can not recommend both the product and the staff more! I was so on the fence with hair removal and am SO GLAD I finally got started! Katie is absolutely wonderful at her job and will no doubt make you feel so comfortable and safe, while answering all your questions ha!!! Seriously can not wait for my next treatment!
