They showed up on time and assessed our very dead maple tree. Instead of wasting our money/their time, he just went to his truck, pulled out a chainsaw, hacked the tree down, slung it over his shoulder, took it away with him and told me to have a nice day. No charge, and all within a matter of 5-min. We live in a small rural town no where near anything and he didn’t even charge me a nominal amount for gas. Great guys, would totally recommend. The admin who took my initial call and booked the appointment, was also very professional and thorough in answering my questions and providing necessary info.

We had a very large spruce tree that we needed to get out of the way on a new build. Unfortunately it was a runaway piece of wood that dented our a brand new home siding during the felling. They were happy to pay for the damages and make everything right.
