This is a hidden gem. The food is great and the service is always friendly and you definitely get your money's worth. The hot dogs are steamed first and then finished off on the BBQ, and the fries are made from fresh potatoes and cut into chips right at the hot dog stand. The added bonus is that Kevin will cook the chips to whatever crispness that you would like. Hot dogs have never been on the top of my list as a favourite food, however after having the hot dogs and chips at this stand, I am here almost on a weekly basis...in fact I actually start craving them. He also has burgers, poutine and other sausages (like polish sausage) however I am stuck on ordering the medium sized hot dog with cheese along with fries and a soda pop... $6.00 buys you this combo (the cheese is extra). Definitely worth the short drive out Chilliwack Lake Road. His hours vary depending on business but he is usually there just before noon till dinner time. Check it out; you won't be disappointed.
