This is probably the most hidden flower gem in ALL of the Lower Mainland. It's not easy to get to from Vancouver; it's quite a drive but it is beyond worth it once you arrive. There are THOUSANDS of dahlias here along with a beautiful pond, arches, very different kind of sculptures and structures. The extremely kind man who greeted me is named... Forest!... and he said he loves the outdoors which will be so obvious when you visit his property. I asked Forest if he made bouquets, and he charged only $10 for a gorgeous bunch of 8 full bloom, full size dahlias. He should charge twice as much, if you ask me! My bubble was there for about 2 hours. The most memorable aspect was sitting on his swing bench facing the grand mountain as the sun rose above and beyond the peak. I could have literally spent the entire day there as I felt so relaxed and soaked in all that was around me: eastern light, mountain, surrounded by flowers and listening to the quiet buzzing bees. When we slowly approached the exit, Forest asked us, "How do you feel?" and his simple question made me realize this man is made of gold. Pretty much no business owner has ever asked me that (ok ... maybe once after a spa massage). I am writing this review a little late in November as we were there in late August, but I guarantee we will be making the journey out to Mission again to visit Forest in 2021. I enthusiastically recommend this place if you like wide open beautiful and slightly off the beaten track spaces! Oh yeah, and if you think you might ask Forest to handcut you a bouquet, maybe bring a spare wide neck water bottle or small vase to transport the flowers nice and hydrated on your way back home = )

Wow, so many Dahlias. The grapes were good too. So juicey. The acreage is large and many little bridges and structures to see. I'm definitely coming back next year.

Very quaint - with a TON of personality from the owner. An enjoyable visit! The wicker sculptures are neat. Small, not for everyone, but if you like unique passion projects, this is the place for you.

Absolutely beautiful flowers! The owners were so nice. You can tell they take a lot of time and effort into making the grounds very nice! I loved it!
