Hope Inn & Suites

Staff is super friendly and pleasant! Rooms could use some extra cleaning. Stains on bathroom towels, cobwebs in corners, damage to the rear entrance door to our room, looked like someone kicked the door in. Beds were super hard, we checked out early just so we didn't have to sleep in them another night. 3 star because staff is super nice, or else I'd give it 1 star.

As far as motels go, it is pretty standard. I arrived late at night nearly asleep standing up, but I received good customer service and a clean room with no bed bugs. The room had a small but pleasant balcony, a few mystery stains in the carpet, which is something to expect at a motel, but clean linens and towels. Though it is outdated, again, typical of a motel, it was highly functional.

Pretty standard hotel with very modest decor. There's a microwave and mini fridge though only a coffee maker so if you like tea you might be out of luck.Or you'll have to walk to the front lobby to get hot water. Walls are a little thin so you will likely hear your neighbors if they're playing music or watching TV loudly. The staff were alright though when I checked out no one was at the desk to give me a receipt for my stay. Over all a decent place to stay for a few nights.

We had not planned to stay in Hope, but we had no choice. We booked the first place we found online. It was easy to find, and turned out to be hospitable, clean and comfortable, although certainly dated. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We are very grateful to him for his kindness.
