What I LOVE about this gym is that every day there is a strength AND a metcon/WOD (most CrossFit gyms only program one or the other per day). I would recommend this gym to anyone, at ANY fitness ability. If you are new to CrossFit know that any workout can be modified to fit your ability or to help rehab an injury. There is no need to wait! I love this CrossFit box. Feels like home
