I've been dealing with Michelle & Robyn at Wine Kitz in Mission, since 2005. I always poo poo’ed making my own wine because everyone I talked to said it would never taste as good as store bought (now I can confidentially say BS). Then Michelle told me they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. That sold me. What did I have to lose? I've done 8-10 kits year since then (over 100 kits now) & I've only had 1 kit that my taste buds weren't fond of. True to her word, Michelle asked me what I wanted to replace it with, took me in the back we started a new batch at no charge, no questions asked. I recommend Wine Kitz Mission regularly, without any hesitation.

The facility is always clean and the variety of wines available are plenty. I switched from another wine making place in Mission simply because the customer service here is hands down the best. Keep up the great work ladies!
