I've been patronizing this dealership for over 20 years. They've been in business for a long time because of their philosophy toward the customer. In short, they operate with integrity and that makes the buying experience comfortable and anxiety-free. They also apply this philosophy to after-sales service. If there is an issue, they'll seek to resolve it fairly and expeditiously. These are some reasons why the dealership has been around for such a long time. Go see them if you are looking for a new or used motorcycle, gear, service, etc.. It'll be worth your while.

I was travelling through Vancouver and had an issue with my Vulcan Nomad. It came into the shop via flatbed truck. The team worked on my bike right away and it was good to go within a couple of hours. It was a very tricky problem to find and diagnose, and they did it very well. Charged me only 1.5 hours even though I'm sure they spent double that. Full marks to Rick the mechanic! Thanks guys!

Been going here for 8yrs now, ever since I got my first Ninja. The service is fantastic. They always do a great job and are very helpful with any questions you may have. I go nowhere else but to BK.

Great customer service. They were able to fit me in same day, offered to store my helmet while my bike was being worked on. I feel like they really care about your well being. They are knowledgeable and offer advice but aren't pushy with upselling. Would come back for sure

Jay really took the time to talk to me about gear, safety, riding, and provided support and guidance regarding choosing my gear. I didn't know where to start, and he truly was a pleasure to talk to.
