Farooq was awesome. Very efficient and to-the-point. Got us out quickly and explained things well.

These guys really helped me out of a jam when my car went down two days before a weekend getaway. They were helpful, courteous and quick, they upgraded me, and the car was spotless, and brand new--low km's. No fuss, no hidden costs, no pressure tactics. As others have stated the location is not central, and rather terrible. Really hidden away.

Amazing service, they accommodated me very well. When the truck I had reserved did not get returned on time, they gave me a minivan at a discount from my original rate. And when I needed to keep the van an extra day, there was no problem.
When I returned the van, I asked for a car to take to the airport, and they gave it to me at the same discounted rate I was paying for the van.
Overall excellent customer service, thanks for making my vacation a great one. A+

Great and quick service! Have rented a new 7 seater Toyota Sienna ( simply good on gas). They have lots of options with reasonable prices. Good job Manager and team!

Nice staffs and decent prices. The only downside is that when I book an economy or compact car, it happens often that they don't have a car at this class when I go there. This results in offering a bigger car which consumes more gas (although the rental is with the price of an economy car), or offering a car from another branch which costs you time.
