    My 2nd visit:
I had a simple SIM card insertion problem. Jacky one of their staff member helped me with resolving the problem. Very courteous and speedy service. Thank you! Again 5 stars!

My first visit 3 months ago:
My data SIM wasn’t working and I tried in vain to get it working again. Went there to buy a replacement SIM but Ryan the staff member I met took a look for me and quickly identified the cause: The profiles created by my two travel SIMs bought in Japan and Singapore were interfering the FIDO SIM’s operation. Ryan got them deleted and got the problem solved in one minute! Thanks Ryan!
