Mainland Sleep Diagnostics Ltd.

Referred for sleep testing by my burnaby cardiologist. Wasn't sure what to expect, sleep testing at home was easy to do, the therapist was easy to talk to (Josh), my doctor got the results quickly, i am glad I don't need treatment. Overall pretty smooth experience. The seem to be busy, but quite comprehensive once they get you in.

The staff at Mainland Sleep were very thorough and knowledgable. They addressed the concerns and questions I had going in, and provided ongoing support as I adjusted to my therapy. I would recommend anyone needing testing and treatment for apnea to visit Mainland.

The amount of help we’re receiving from josh at the BURNABY location is outstanding. Thank you Josh for all your help with keeping us up to date with our fathers sleep patterns as he’s dealing with his latest medical issues. Clarke’s daughters....

I have had such a good experience dealing with this Mainland Sleep location. They took time to answer all of my questions over the phone. Then booked me an appointment within a few days to go over some issues. No major wait once I arrived for my appointment. And while I was waiting I watched as they quickly found a part a customer needed. All handled quickly and professionally. Josh the Respiratory Therapist I have been dealing with listened to all of my questions, was engaged during the conversation. He didn't rush me thru the appointment. And took time to print my report out and go over it with me.
I appreciate the level of customer service they offer.
