We downsized out of our house and had extra stuff we needed to put in storage. Maple Leaf had a convenient location, and competent, friendly staff who gave us the size of warehouse we needed. They have always been easy to deal with, and the facility is clean, dry and easy to access. Based on our experience, I would recommend them without reservation.

For several years, whether a vehicle or old materials from the home we have no room for but cannot part with, ML storage has been helpful and easy to access for our needs. With roadways within their spaces, getting to and from our locker with our things has never been difficult. Recommended.

I am very happy with the service at Maple Leaf Storage in Burnaby. On the times that I had to go into the office, the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had problems with my padlock and they provided me with a new padlock at a very reasonable price. It saved me the hassle of getting a new lock and the stress of having a broken padlock on my unit. I have dealt with many other storage facilities before and to tell you the truth, I get the impression that people who work in these operations do not particularly enjoy their job. The Maple Leaf Storage in Burnaby is thus far the exception. The staff there, and I have met three of them, are all good-natured, happy and relaxed. They are a pleasure to deal with. I have considered changing locations as there is another storage facility that will save me some money. I have chosen to stay at this location because of the staff.
