(July 1, 2018, 3:44 am)We had to get our get our hot water tank replaced. We called Richard in the morning and ask for a specific hot water tank. He did not say no nor tried to push us to get another hot water tank. Instead, he went out of his way and drove all the way to Langley to get it for us and install it on the same day. We are appreciative of that. The installation went smoothly without a hitch.
