  Impeccable customer service (especially Monica C.). I switched my car maintenance to this location because of this one reason. I was told to go home as there was nothing with my car and I am not due for a service for another 2000 kms. I came in because it was making noises and just wanted to make sure. Ask for Monica at the service desk and you will not be disappointed. The sweetest and likable Service Rep I have ever met. Never once did I felt like she was trying to up sell me.

  I am very impressed with this dealership after purchasing a new Santa Fe. Their sales people were very knowledgeable, polite and professional. We dealt with Sid which was a pleasant experience, he asked me what I thought my trade in was worth, we both agreed on a price and and we had a deal . I have bought quite a few new vehicles in my lifetime, but none were as easy and pleasant as this sale. I highly recommend them

  I visited a lot of dealerships while shopping for a new vehicle to replace my old car and I have to say that the team at Lougheed Hyundai were a breath of fresh air. Everyone was positive and ambitious - never once did I feel pressured! Jay Lee was my salesperson and if you want to deal with someone who is honest and eager, I recommend you contact this guy! He's backed up with a great team! Jason helped me with all the financials - they all made certain I understood all the features on my new vehicle, helped me register for all the high tech stuff. Just an all around great experience.

  Happy with my brand new sonata limited, sales department helped me get the one that i want and tried their best to fit my needs. Overall a pleasant experience and will be going back when trading in for my next vehicle.
