The owner was very rude. He claimed I was spam after inquiring if they provide free consultation. He proceeded to make smart remarks and asked what place offers free service, which I had to inform him that offering free consultation on his website is not clear that it is only phone consultation. He was arguing with a potential customer. Poor service before the actual service!

Refrigeration: called a few places, they all wanted to send a tech and charge for diagnostic, called Newtech and they easily diagnosed the issue over the phone. Aleks the technician came by the next day, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. Quick, reliable service, no guess work and great advice on preventive maintenance. These guys turned a bad situation into a pleasant exchange. Real pros, will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

I would recommend Newtech. Amin fixed our oven and fridge so quickly. We called on Monday and by Tuesday it was fixed. Amin was good at contacting me to let me know what time he was coming.
