I had my Bathroom sinks clogged, I tried the plunger. and a 25-foot weir, but the blockage seemed to be deep down.Scheduled a service call with BEMA, and Tim came by and cleared the blockage using his power weir. The more important thing about this service call is that Tim is very pleasant and polite to deal with, very proffessional and very reasonable in pricing.

Tim provided very professional service with reasonable price. He changed our water heater and toilet bowl, and he was very detail oriented. He also went around the house and checked for underlying issues, providing professional advice and different options. He is very knowledgeable and considerate. I would highly recommend!

Adam and I were so pleased with the service Tim provided! He was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. Had our backed up sink fixed in no time, and very reasonably priced. Had a laugh to have him find a few paint brushes clogging our sink! We'll just say we have a few budding artists that like to visit. Looked after a few other minor issues with the bathtub faucet and toilet making noise!! So happy to have everything working as it should. Would highly recommend Tim!!

Over the past year we have used BEMA Plumbing for several jobs at our home and at our rented condo. These jobs ranged from replacement of leaking, disintegrating pipes; installation of fill valves in toilets, repair of leaky faucets and the installation of a new water heater.

We unfortunately had a number of issues with our home in recent months. I was given Tim’s name by a friend.

Tim helped us with a leaky hot water tank, servicing our boiler, installing a new gas range and replacing our garburator. He provided fast service, was on time for appointments, is extremely courteous, and his prices were reasonable.

I really appreciated his honesty and that he spent the time to explain the issues, provided options, went over the pros and cons of each option and wasn’t about high pressure sales. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, detail oriented and tidy. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again in the future.
