  I have worked with Peter for many years. He really knows construction. His honesty and transparency is something to be admired. More recently we worked with Alair Homes Delta to have an elevator installed in our home, for our daughter who uses a wheelchair. It was an invasive renovation with the new shaft going right through the middle of our house and up through the roof. Peter, Bill and his team made this process as seamless and stress free as we could have imagined. We would highly recommend Alair to anyone considering a renovation or new project of any type!

  What a wonderful experience working with Peter and the Alair crew. I chose to update my very tired old condo. From the first meeting, communications were first rate. Throughout the project, communications continued to be relevant and timely. The quality of the work, the interesting suggestions for solving tricky Reno challenges and keeping a steady eye on the budget were more than welcomed. I love the end result. It's such a pleasure to walk through my front door every single day. I highly recommend this competent company. All I can say is contact Alair Delta, you will not be sorry.

  My family worked with Alair to completely renovate our home. Peter, Travis and the rest of the team are awesome to work with. The care they took with our project was amazing. They cared for all of the small details that made the finished home a dream. The trades that they worked with did a fantastic job. It was very easy to work with and communicate with the Alair Delta team. They were careful with the budget and suggested worthwhile upgrades throughout the process. The deficiency process was also seamless and taken care of quickly. We are so happy with our home and would work with Alair Delta in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a great homebuilder.

  We hired Alair Homes Delta to complete a full house renovation in Vancouver. Peter and his entire team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only have they delivered their project on-time and budget, but they exceeded our expectations in every way and delivered a final product that we are absolutely in love with. They often went above and beyond, and were professional and caring every step of the way. I highly recommend Peter and his team for any large renovation projects.

  Peter and the entire Alair team are fabulous. The process Alair has in place to ensure the homeowner gets to make the right decisions and the transparency on pricing is great. I would highly recommend Alair, we are incredibly happy with the addition to our home.
