This laundromat exceeds all expectations in terms of cleanliness and service

They have got new owners recently. They are very friendly and helpful. They have drop off service which I loved. They did my laundry and I pick up my laundry 6 hours later. They fold my clothes and it was very neat and clean. Had great experience here and highly recommend to other fellow mates who don’t have time to do laundry by themselves.

I brought my duvet and all my bedding to Kascades for an emergency cleaning after my cat peed on my bed. The bedding was filthy and stinky. Lucy and Johm at Kascade got the stains and odors out of all my bedding. My bedding was clean, fresh smelling and neatly folded by the next day ready to be picked up by the next day. I would highly recommend going here to Kascades if you need help with any stains or stubborn odors. They were fantastic!

Very clean and courteous owners go above and beyond. I brought my laundry in and was in a hurry, I use drop off service when I’m in a hurry for work and it was ready in just 3 hours! Super service myself and a bunch of other out of town staff use this place at least once a week with no problems!!
