Viva Care Medical Clinic - Langley

Have been going there for more than 2 years they used to be very unorganised. Very rude receptionists too.. They would never ever pick the phone and many times I have been walking out crying..
Finally I talked to Dr Istafanous and one of the receptionists left on the very same day..
Now after vivacare owned the place and its waaaaaay better.. They do have great people working there.. Jenn is awesome..
Dr Istafanous has veen very helpful to me and my family.. Especially one of my kids who has always been diagnosied with a chronic croup.. We used to go to emergency weekly but after dr Istafanous checked upon him he diagnosed him with asthma and helped us alot thru it.. Also always the fastest when it comes to referrals. He can do procedures too and that is a plus.. He sometimes gets a bit touchy but that's ok Im sure that's because he feels for his patients.. I can see he is also very stressed moving quick from a room to a room.. I guess the management needs to look into getting more Drs on team but Overall we are happy to deal with the clinic for good

25 mins late for appointment time, the doctor was good though

Amazing doctors and staff care...if the people with the negative comments need to understand that the office have to undergo a huge change regarding legislation and other issues... people can be ignorant with what they do not know before spouting off...

Great staff and doctors that truly have care for their patients needs...best doctor and clinic THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO.. thank you to viva care for being their for me and many others.
