Ron at Crackerz helped me out today when my phone locked. Did a factory restore and helped me retrieve most of my data. Very friendly, most efficient, great experience, don't waste time going anywhere else!

Great customer service! Took my tablet in because I thought the charging port had finally bit the dust (kids are rough), but he cleaned it out for me and got it working! Free of charge! Will definitely bring my electronics here for any future repairs!

Wanted to wait a month or two before writing a review to make sure everything was working. The experience with Ron and Mike can only be described as professional and very competent. I was treated fairly. They could have charged much more and I would have gladly paid it. Instead he charged what was fair. How refreshing. Crackerz will be my default go to place for cell phones, computers and repair service. They have earned a customer for life.
