Overall good gym, not usually too packed (I go around 6:30/7am for the most part). Clean facility but it does take quite some time for them to get equipment repaired which sucks if it's the only machine of its type. Gym does not have any water fountains which is a big shock but the monthly price justifies this... I guess?

This is a great budget gym with awesome staff! However, it seems lately it is living up to the stereotype of a "budget" gym. It recently had the mens washroom out of order for a month which is unacceptable. Machines break constantly and the turn around time is extremely slow. Parts to fix the machines should not be ordered when something breaks, leaving weeks to receive the part and than even longer to schedule their maintenance team to come fix things. Common parts should be stocked already to expedite the fixing. For example, the pec deck machine has been broken for over a month and members are propping plates under it to make it "work" so they can use it. This is unacceptable and the rate at which things are breaking down is faster than the rate they get fixed. 2 Steppers broken for almost a year? come on now? The complaints are growing And members are talking about going elsewhere. Fix the machines already. This is crazy

I've been a member since the gym opened. Great members and the staff are awesome. However, recently there have been changes made that are poorly thought out in regards to the floor layout in the weights section. The barbells were moved to a different location and other items moved around. These changes are very poorly thought through and clearly by someone who doesn't use the gym. Other members have mentioned to me how they do not like the changes either. This should get changed back. The cable machine is now crowded by the barbell rack and anyone who wants to use it or be in front of a mirror have to walk across the floor. The rack holding cable attachments are now against a wall blocking the rule sign, taking away space for free weights and interfere in the path to bathrooms. The new bar holder is now in the middle of the floor taking away space, if you stand behind it you cannot see yourself in the mirror. It is redundant because the squat rack has bar holders. It makes for a more awkward, crowded workout space when there is already very little.

I started in the Langley location, then went to Richmond, and now I'm back at the Langley location and still love it just as much. The gym is affordable, has great equipment, and isn't an intimidating place to be at all. Highly recommend it.

10$ a month 24 hours a day 8$ extra a month for unlimited tanning massage chairs/beds. good equipment and multiple locations you can't really get close anywhere else for the cost. On the down side there's no water fountain and due to it being a great deal it can get quite busy.
