I have a 10KW generator to protect the freezers, lights and most importantly sump pumps in our house.. It has worked flawlessly for the periodic outage of the last three years. Until the Sept 2015 left us with no power for over 48 hours and ample rain. At 6pm, the power went out and the generator tried to start but failed. I tried to start in manually, but still it failed!!!

Without power our basement is taking on water within 12 hours. At 7pm on a Saturday night I called Patrick. He was quite certain that he could not be at my home until Monday but "would see what he could do". I ran to Home Depot to buy a gas generator. 1 hour later while unpacking my gas generator, Patrick arrived.

He was amazing, quickly identifying that the plumber had used an indoor rated screw on the natural gas manifold. He found one of the 5 dollar parts in his truck and voila!! My basement remained dry and frozen food remained cold.

Patricks level of customer service is rarely seen and I will go out of my way with posts like this one to give him the "shout out" that he deserves.
