We had the pleasure of buying and selling with Jonathan Gelderman and his assistant Nicole Norquay-Reyse. They along with the rest of the Gelderman team have been amazing people to work with! They are quick to respond and are always working hard to please their clients. Jonathan is very personable, honest, caring and engaging. I felt very comfortable and confident that he and Nicole had all aspects of our situation under control as we were buying and selling. They knew what we were looking for in our dream home and Jonathan new the market value and what to investigate and what to forget. The price we paid on the purchase of our new home and the price we received on the sale of our house was exactly we were hoping for! The most amazing part of the experience is that they made sure we found and bought our dream home! It is beyond anything we expected we would ever find and for an amazing price. This is the third time we have used Jonathan and the Gelderman team. As always he was straightforward about setting the best but reasonable price . He gave an estimate about how long before the property sold and was dead on. He was able to sell our property in 30 days, in a tough market, and just before Christmas. All other houses for sale in our area still for sale. He also found and completed the deal for my apartment with best advice. Always works hard and has significant experience in the market and how to close a deal. Team at the office always prompt and helpful. If you want you place sold then the Gelderman team will get it done.
