Derby Reach Regional Park - Dog Off-leash Area

Great park with several fenced off sections so you can separate from aggressive situations. Unfortunately it's popularity, asking with the rest of the park means parking is limited, although there is side of the road parking for access to just the dog park.

What a great park with optional camping spots right on the river. River access with rocky beach. Perfect for throwing stones into the water. Kids and dogs loved it. Nice grassy area after beach fun. Picnic tables. Parking was limited on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Doggie heaven. Lots of options for different dogs. Some areas have direct river access so be ready for that.

Great location, lots of space, 3 different seperate areas. Only drawback was that it was muddy when we were there but hey, it's winter in Vancouver, what do you expect. I'd give them 5 stars if there was a place to hose off your dog after they roll in the mud

Two large off leash areas and a third seperate small dog area. Good facilities and seems to be very well kept. Will definitely head back in warmer weather.
