As a first time home buyer I definitely recommend Kristy. I remember going into the pre-sale being ill-prepared and she was there with all of the answers to each of my questions and when it came time to do the walkthroughs she was all over it. I had no clue what to look for and what was to become if she hadn't pointed out all of the defects.

With new buildings and with so many units they are going to come with deficiencies and she was on top of it all, which helped enormously because it saves me the time and hassle to find out AFTER I get possession. Once I moved in, the carpet, the cabinets, lights and caulking were all replaced and/or fixed. Saved me from the headaches. (Thanks Kristy!)
