After having a terrible experience at another salon, I went to 360 Hair as the reviews were great. Jane helped me pick out the perfect colour and installed a beaded weft and tapes. The hair is still as nice as the day I got them over four months ago. Jane always responds to my appointment requests right away and fits me in. I have had the best experience here. Everyone is so knowledgeable and nice. I am now doing beaded weft and micro beads and my hair has never looked better. Jane is so experienced, plus she’s great to talk to. Thank you 360 Hair!!

Best place to go for wigs or extensions. Great service. Finding Helena 7 years ago changed my life and I couldn’t imagine finding a place more comfortable or compassionate when dealing with my hair loss.

In Sept I had the an appointment at 360 hair with a wonderful lady named Janet. I had been doing research for some time looking for a human hair wig, comparing services , prices etc. when I found 360 hair. I was totally amazed at the level of service included in there prices and the prices of their European wigs. I have bought a human hair wig before but needed a new one that included cutting ,styling and coloring if need be, because I couldn't get that where I live. So before I found 360 hair I had to pay for synthetic wigs at a cost of 400 to 500 hundred dollars which only lasted 3 to 5 months and they were itchy and very hot but there was no choice because most other places want you to sign a wavier before they'll cut a human hair wig even though your paying them a great deal of money but not 360 Hair it's part of their service and if it's not done right you don't pay. Anyway to say the least I was more than impressed when I got to 360 Hair , I felt totally comfortable the service was awesome, I found not only one but two beautiful Virgin European hair wigs and at a great price These wigs will last me for a good 10+ years, so instead of paying 400 to 500 every 3 to 5 months I pay about 400 a year minus my tax deduction as I have Alopecia so more like 350, and no more itching and much much cooler. If you need a great place to get the hair you want and the best service then 360 Hair is the place. I just want to say that Ron is amazing! I had an issue and was contacted by Ron to help me resolve my issue. He not only explained to me the process but went above and beyond to make me feel like my problem actually mattered to him. This is what a good distributor will do. They will back their product up. I’m am truly grateful and amazed that he the owner spent his time to go thru my review and make me happy. I will be a customer for life and highly recommend anyone who needs extensions to go there for this reason. If you have great products but bad customer service, people will only come to you once.
