We had a terrible sound coming from our dryer. My husband called Simply Fix and Oleg was prompt in visiting our home, took a thorough look at the dryer and diagnosed the problem quickly. He took the time to explain to my husband exactly what the problem was, and what the steps would be to fix it. We appreciated his professionalism and quick turn around time for an appointment.
