Wonderful staff and a great place to rest your head...

So far so good , had a great customer service experience with Rox . She was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I went in there with a question if they could price match a add I saw from the Brick ,and not only did they match it ,but they beat it by 5% . I actually ended up buying a more expensive mattress than I had originally planned for just a little more than what I was planning on buying, not because Rox tried to upsell me , but because she gave me such a great deal on a unused 2018 model that i couldn't pass it up. Turned out i bought a way better mattress than what i was planning and didn't pay that much more for it than i was planning on spending. Hopefully the delivery goes well , that is the only thing that could ruin this wonderful buying experience. Thanks Rox. I highly recommend this store for all your mattress and sleep needs.

Staff was helpful. I must have tried out different pillows for 25 minutes. I finally made my choice. Only to find they didn't have any in stock.

Sleep Country is a good company, you will find what you need at any of their locations... but let me tell you about a young man that works at this location. His name is Dustin, and the service we've received from him has been outstanding. He has gone out of his way (stayed an hour after closing time as just 1 example) to find the perfect bed for my wife and I. We have different sleep styles and different requirements. I need very firm, she wants very soft. I didn't think it was even possible. We gave him a budget, and he worked a miracle.
There was a slight hiccup during delivery and something got broken, I spoke to Dustin about it and he put me in touch with the right people, and they took good care of the issue.
I wish everywhere I shopped had someone like him, he's really got this "customer service" thing figured out.
Go in and see him, buy a new bed, I guarantee, you won't be disappointed.

We went to find a mattress. Our salesperson was good and he was knowledgeable. Great selection to choose from. Deluvery will be prompt - but just left the store, so it will be a couple of days. The whole experience was fine. Good job well done!
