Scheduled a test drive online. The website had their hours wrong but everything worked out. Bought the car shortly after the test drive. Staff was as knowledgeable as one can reasonably expect regarding electric vehicles, considering it's still new technology and the dealership doesn't install charging stations. Sales floor was very busy but they made themselves available.

My husband and I came into Maple Ridge VW for an older vehicle. Despite it being a cash buy and no financing, our experience was amazing! Kyle and Rob especially were so friendly and easy to talk to and work with and didn't treat us any differently even though we weren't financing! Thanks guys! Would highly recommend!
