Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a problem with a bathtub shower faucet that was running constantly. The butterfly handle for the hot water shut-off line was also missing, which was another issue. James came out today and he had excellent knowledge of the issue, and was able to find the missing handle within seconds that had fallen behind the drywall. He was able to replace the broken cartridge in the faucet without having to replace the entire shower valve. He was also pleasant and funny, and my tenants and I enjoyed his friendly service. We called Roto-Rooter to fix the constant water running problem in the tank behind the toilet. They took the information on the phone and told me someone will come in the morning to fix it. When Brian came the next day he had brought the necessary parts with him to replace it. He finished the job in a timely matter. He also told us that our water pressure is low, and asked if we would like him to look into it. We are very happy with a quality job he did and with his good professional manners. We will not hesitate to call him again in the future if there is a plumbing issue in our house.

I would add a photo of the job, but that would be in bad taste. That didn't stop Igor, he came very shortly after he was called. He was professional and friendly and took care of the worst toilet ever, quicker than you could say "help". Now if he could just scrub the image of that toilet from my mind.

Had Igor come by yesterday to fix our plugged toilet and he did a really great job. It ended up being a bigger task than originally though but he was quick, professional and he had a great attitude. He also didn’t mind that I had my puppy out. I would definitely recommend him and this company for your plumbing needs.

Today Igor came to my mother’s house to unplug her toilet which we found to be a more difficult task then anticipated. When all was said and done after a lot of work snaking to the main line, snaking the toilet, etc. He found the problem and finally fixed it. He was very nice and worked diligently in a very small hot room and remained friendly and upbeat. I would recommend Igor to anyone who needs work done.????
Also I would like to say thank you to the lady who takes the appointments she was very friendly and helpful to me and this situation.
