Sussex Insurance - Pitt Meadows

Very pleasant experience. Agent was most helpful in describing the various insurance options. Friendly and courteous service. Whoever filed a derogatory evaluation must have been having a REALY bad day!

I highly recommend coming here for all insurance! I was having a terrible day, but after coming here, it got better! The manager Juanita went above and beyond what she should have to make sure i could get my insurance completed, after having a couple reasons it would not go through on its own. She didn't have to but that's the kind of place this is. I will be coming here from now on for any type of insurance, because I know i will get a warm welcoming and excellent service.

We used Sussex because the man we were buying our car from uses them frequently and it was nearby his home. I was pleasantly surprised with our experience! Juanita was fantastic and they made our visit very enjoyable. I will be using them again in the future for all my insurance needs :)

My husband and I were a bit on the fence for this place after checking the google review. we decided to check it out anyway as we were in superstore for groceries. First time we went- staff was helpful. 2nd time- JAYMIE helped us. She was wonderful, knoweldegable yet patient with all our questions and concerns. She definitely knows her job, she did our registration, documentation while answering all our questions(and simultaneously training a new employee!).
She did go an extra mile for us. We are extremely happy that we actually went there.

This review is based on my personal experience. The staffs that I met are nice, friendly, and helpful. The serve speed is normal and comfortable. However, long waiting time. Located inside Superstore. Public restrooms are available. Free parking lot available in the plaza. Bus stops available at the main entrance.
