Victory Range Hoods. The Range Hoods Superstore

I typically do not write reviews but I feel this business deserves praise for the excellent products and service they provide.
After a lot of shopping around, I bought an island range hood from Victory about 9 years ago. There was a great selection with competitive pricing and delivery was quick.
With a lot of use from my large family one of the switches needed to be replaced. Vlad at Victory let me know that the components my particular range hood had recently been upgraded from halogen to LED and recommended the replacement parts and gave directions for their installation. Despite his patient efforts and excellent instruction through numerous emails I was unable to change the parts due to my own inability.
I shipped the hood and parts to him and he had them replaced and shipped back to me in days. Looks great and works great too!
You can't go wrong dealing with these guys.

Great service. Price and stock much better than the box stores.

Vlad was extremely helpful. He took time out on a Friday afternoon before closing to sort out some mounting hardware for us and walked us through the assembly and installation with detail in such a way that only somebody who is passionate about their craft could do. Thanks Vlad!

We purchased the 30" Twister hood and it's terrific. It looks great and performs really well. My kitchen renovation contractor, who has installed dozens of ventilation systems, was extremely impressed with this hood and wants one for his own kitchen. Rady, in their customer service, is outstanding in every way. I don't know how you can do better than this company and their great products.

I stopped by the showroom when I was in in town visiting Vancouver from Toronto. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and made it easy for me to pull the trigger on a new range hood.

He shipped it via FedEx and it arrived 4 days later in Toronto just in time for when I arrived back home.

Great service and great looking hood.

P.S I chose the Twister model which is their best selling and nicest looking in my opinion.
