The facility is very clean. Instructors are very knowledgeable and very focus on the details. All the techniques being taught there are very up to date. All the staffs who work there had first aid training and there is even an AED machine which is supposed to be essential for every gym. However, this is the only martial arts gym i have seen equipped with one. Highly recommended.

Great place to train if you are a beginner or an expert. It's a freindly, clean and inviting atmosphere where the top notch instruction will take your Jiu Jitsu to the next level. Can't recommend it enough!
