If she wants, she can turn any guy into a sandbag! But Olivia is not mean, she makes sure everyone follows and has a good workout. I highly recommend her to anyone!

(September 29, 2018, 3:21 am)I absolutely love this place! Best decision I ever made joining this studio/gym! The instructors are super nice/friendly! They get to know each and every member and make you feel like a part of the family! The classes are awesome! The workouts are challenging, I am literally dying in the first 15minutes (warm up). I feel the change in my physique and people have commented about it! If you want to lose weight, feel good and become stronger, you should definitely enrol!
