Have been to every bell store in the lower mainland trying to switch my Sim to an eSIM. Everyone said “it’s not supported, can’t help you.” Stopped into the Clover Square Village location and Raj was there to help. He greeted me with a big smile and had me fixed up in less thank 3 minutes. He was so helpful and friendly. For sure recommend this location for real help bye knows his stuff in and out!

Cloverdale location - 177b and Hwy10. Raj at the store is very helpful, and knows his stuff.

Was a Customer with Rogers and they did not offer me jack. Went into the store Spoke to the Manager working there he was helpful took less than 10 mins to set me up with a plan and a phone.

I have been a bell customer for over 5 years and have always dealt with the people at the Mall or at the Source. I went into the store and i must say it was a absolute delight dealing with the fellow there. Not only he helped me set up my phone but also worked out a deal to reduce my monthly bill and save me $$.
