I had occasion to be dealing with Cloverdale Envision team member Robyn Preston this past Tuesday September 25th. I have never had such a pleasant banking experience. I hadn't received my new credit card. Robyn walked me through the process with ease. Robyn was so friendly, compassionate and as well was a great problem solver. She is an incredible example of what employee can be and a credit to her profession.

We've had a great experience up until we went to Port our mortgage to a new property. After asking many detailed questions about how this would work. We were confident to proceed, however when it came time to sign the papers. The info we were given previously was completely different then what we were signing for.
Now I get that mistakes can happen, but this was a $100,000 one. The most upsetting part of the whole experience was there wasnt even an acknowledgment or apology, they just made it seem like we were the ones that were confused.
Thankful for them to provide us with the mortgage, might want to deal with a broker or another bank in the future.

An appropriate apology was offered, thank you for doing everything you could in our situation and acknowledging the mistake.

My confidence has been restored.

Best customer service I’ve had. Ever. Super friendly staff, helpful and laid back. Refunded me some charges they accidentally charged, helped me fix MasterCard SecureCode issue, and listened to my feedback on Envision as a whole. Free coffee and comfy chairs, it’s the best.
