Trail Appliances - Surrey/Langley

I was shopping for a new fridge and went to the Cloverdale Trails store. Was very impressed by the excellent service given to me by Kelly C. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping me to obtain the correct appliance.

My husband and I initially came here looking for a new fridge and after our first purchase we ended up returning the following day to get a different one but also requested a different product specialist as well.

The second and third time we returned, we were helped by Kyle and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Not once did we feel like he was pushy and trying to up sell us, but with every product we were looking at he was able to provide us with transparent facts and answer all our questions.

Overall, we're glad we came back and was helped by Kyle because he gave us a very good experience and because of this we'll definitely return.

I was greeted at the door by Ali. I explained what I was looking for and was on a bit of a time constraint. Ali walked me thru the showroom and explained what I should be looking for in each model. He was very patient with all of my questions. His answers were full of knowledge. After doing my homework I decided on Kitchen Aid. Ali followed up to say that all were in stock and would be delivered the following week.
Delivery day went well.
Received a call 2 hrs prior to let me know my delivery window. The delivery guys showed up... introduced themselves and started right to work putting down floor protectors and accessing how it needed to be done. Out with the old....in with the new. I live in a townhouse so it had its challenges, including having to remove my front door. AK and Jazz worked well together and never touched a wall in very tight quarters. They did an outstanding job.

Overall a very professional job by everyone.

5 stars, from purchase to delivery.

T.C. was super friendly and educational to deal with...and didn't give us the heavy sell which is much appreciated. Downsides are they charge extra for delivery and install when other companies include them for the same price. They also do not have decent online presence. People shop over the internet and these guys are still operating in the 80's. I will never be a customer if I can't get pricing and availability online. So, I basically got the info from TC, then found a much better deal at Rona.
