  I went to visit Quinn Rose at the Living Wellness Centre for acupuncture. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient (she answered all my questions). Her services are highly recommended.

  I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Quinn the acupuncturist for the past three visits for a repetitive shoulder injury and I had to say how wonderful of a job she does! She explains everything she does and makes me feel so absolutely comfortable during the entire service. I was an absolute nervous needler but she’s so knowledgeable and respectful I can neither feel the needles nor do I have any fear when she’s in charge.
  
  In my three visits I’ve already had quite a noticeable change in my injury and went from chronic every day pain to often forgetting I ever had shoulder pain, which is such a relief. If you’re like me and nervous about needles then do yourself a favour and see Quinn, her “bedside manner” is so comforting you’ll be just as won over as I am.
  
  I won’t even start on how relaxing the whole experience is but to say the least you’re going to have to drag me out of there as I will be very reluctant to leave.

  This is a full service wellness centre with excellent parking and access. I've been seeing Paul (chinese medicine) and a few other practitioners for many years now because of chronic pain that has been with me for decades.
  
  Paul has the vision to see deeper than the skin surface and right into the spirit of mind and body. I suppose this might be patient dependent, but he has been pivotal in my pain management system. This is because of what he saw in my spirit rather than the symptoms I presented. I've experienced literally EVERY type of western medicine pain treatment with limited success. What Paul pointed me towards was an identification of a keyhole of my pain and it was up to me to identify the key.
  
  Only a being with such patience and awareness and empathy has been able to direct my energy correctly so that I could finally be liberated from decades of suffering.
