I like their selection of parties supplies for all kinds of themes. What I appreciate more is their customer service. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, and they really value their customers based on my recent experiences.
I purchased a helium ballon bouquet for a kids birthday party. Due to some human errors, 2 out of the 5 balloons flew out before the party started and cannot be recovered. I took a picture and went back to the store after the event, thinking maybe I will get some partial store credit. The management told me that they are really sorry about the accident, and they refunded me the entire amount for the bouquet. This shows that they really care about their customers. I will definitely go back again!

Great variety of party supplies from seasonal costumes to decorations. The variety is quite surprising with lots of items in stock for both children and adults. And if you are looking for balloons, they have a huge display wall of them for your perusal.
