They called me back within 5 minutes and began to help us to assemble a plan to honour my dear mother. Of special mention are Tracy Davidson and Suzanne Picton who are totally professional but very caring and empathic. They helped us to have a service and reception that was exactly what my mother would have wanted . So grateful for all their help and kindness.
