The coffee is always on point with arguably the best coffee treats in Vancouver. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is always busy and can be warm inside as they bake the treats and bread in the morning.

I really love it here. Matchstick has been one of my favourite cafes since moving to Vancouver from Sydney. The Vancouver coffee scene has come a long way in the past 10 years and I'm very pleased to have this gem in the neighbourhood. Friendly service, great coffee and awesome food offerings. Their menu is simple and spot-on. They have many vegan options which are arguably better than everything else. Try the Spelt Scone. Delicious! Insiders tip: If you buy a bag of beans, they will give you a free coffee. Thanks Matchstick!

Great vibes, light and airy space. Good table room if you want to get some work done. A few small tables outside too if the weather is nice. Good coffee! Really appreciate that they offer their oat/nut milk for free! Also lots of vegan food options ????
