My daughter has been taking piano lessons with Mr. Honeybun for about 3 years, since she was 9 years old. She had lost her confidence and I was worried she would fail to pursue any study of music, in spite of a strong interest. Mr. Honeybun, with his calm demeanour and patience, promptly restored her spirit, and she was soon approaching her piano studies with enthusiasm, dedication and joy. He gives her encouragement and support, while challenging her to work hard and constantly improve. His own love of music is an inspiration and something he is clearly interested in sharing with his students. He teaches with expertise, kindness and commitment, and I’m so glad we found him.

Emyr was my piano teacher for a year and a half when I decided to take up the piano again after playing for a short while as a child. I have thoroughly enjoyed lessons with him: he is patient, encouraging and thorough. He always finds a way to help me play the passages I am struggling with and I feel I have made good progress with him. I would highly recommend piano lessons with Emyr.

We are extremely pleased with the progress of our two kids' piano playing, taught by Emyr. Our 15-year-old son learnt to play the piano just 2 year ago, but already completed grade 2, and now plays grade 3 pieces. Our 9-year-old daughter started 3 years ago, and now plays grade 3 pieces very well. While teaching, Emyr was always encouraging our kids how to play well. At the beginning, our son had no interest to learn piano. After Emyr's very supportive teaching, our son can now play the piano with great passion. Emyr has been teaching our daughter for a couple of years, starting when she was 5 (she's now 8). She has really enjoyed the lessons and made good progress. He is a very patient, calm and kind teacher, a very good fit for her learning style! I happily recommend him.

Emyr has taught my son Sam (age 9) the guitar and my daughter (age7) the piano. He is an excellent and inspiring teacher. He makes the lessons interesting and understands how children individually learn. He is reliable and hard working and I would totally recommend him. Charlotte Gilman
