I have shopped here twice and both times had amazing help from Michelle. She chose the best shampoo to give my grey hair silver highlights and explained how to use it. She also helped me choose a styling product. She is very knowledgeable about what she sells and without her kind assistance, I would have been unsure what to buy. Great staff plus great prices and selection!

I enjoy the products. The customer service won't be the main attraction here unless you luck out. If you want inexpensive salon quality hair products though, this is the place. The staff are knowledgable if you approach them with specific questions .

Great prices on salon products.

Went in for a haircut yesterday and it was okay. The girl was really nice and did a good job of the cut but it felt very rushed as she did everything in 30 minutes. I asked for my hair to be thinned out and she only thinned a small section which was really annoying. My hair isn't naturally straight and i came into the salon with straight hair. The stylist didn't even bother to ask me if I would like my hair straighten after the cut so I had to go home and do it myself. Since my hair wasn't straight I couldn't see the cut properly and felt vert anxious until I went home and fixed it. I was also promised a free hair mask as my appointment was rescheduled and didn't event get that. If you want a quick cheap cut then go here otherwise I would recommend spending more money for a better quality in cut and service.
