I had perm regrets so Thomas fixed my hair with his amazing hair straightening back in March. He took the time to do the treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks for saving my hair Thomas!

Thomas has been my hair stylist for 20 years, back when he worked out of Russ’s Salon at the original location for anyone old enough to remember. I’ve followed him around since because Thomas does great hair. Whether it’s a simple cut or perm he always delivers. He’s never tried to sell me additional procedures, always upfront about cost, and would tell me honestly what style works or doesn’t work for my comfort level (and my major lack of home styling prowess), even if it might result in him making less money from me. I’ve fallen into the habit of getting my hair digitally permed twice a year because it’s great for a lazy bum like me, and by the way Thomas has been doing Japanese digital perm for many years and he does it very well. Maybe I will try something else next time, or not, but I’d still go back to Thomas probably until he retires.

For those of you not happy with any service - speak up there and then, and give the proprietors a chance to make it right, instead of not doing that and just relying on internet after the fact to vent. I’ve never had the occasion to complain about anything to Thomas but I know he’s willing to address any problems. After all it’s his livelihood and his name on the door. And if a proprietor is inviting you to contact him or her to follow up, maybe do just that? Unless you were never there to begin with?
