The new mobile app and the kiosk are really easy to use and for sure safe a lot of time comparing to when I first started the blood donation!
However , there is a problem with online booking system, you cannot cancel the reservation date and can only postpone it (Shrug)
And assuming if you reserve a date and decided to drop in advanced, the kisosk system will not let you to sign in -

(December 8, 2018, 5:42 pm)Located close to BC Women's and Children's Hospitals. Free outdoor parking. Cookies, juices, coffees available. Newspapers and TVs available. Free WiFi. Android/iOS apps available for online booking. Walk-in accepted. Total time spent at the facility is about 45 minutes minimum per whole blood donation.
