I am totally impressed with WPC! A last minute Sunday call and they were able to do a full service on an unrideable 25 year old bike and get it back to me by the end of the day. Thank you very much, my old bike rides as if it were almost new. I will be back.

Friendly and informative, delivered early - much better customer service than some of the other shops we visited. Text communication an added bonus. Will definitely return!

    Confidence boost!
To be honest, I find any kind of Sporting Goods shop intimidating - but the folks at West Point Cycles made me feel comfortable. I was treated with respect - which is not always the case when one is a beginner!? My questions were answered clearly, I was allowed several test rides, I was given just enough choices for comparison to make an informed decision.
I couldn't be more pleased with my new bike!! In my opinion, this is a top-notch operation, I am happy to recommend them!

Sarah, Andrew and the entire store staff are amazing people. They are exactly what you would want from your LBS: friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered a bike through them and switched out numerous parts - handlebar, tires, wheels, etc etc. As I'm new to cycling, I often sought their advice. They responded promptly to all my questions and the bike came together beautifully. This is definitely a business I intend to foster a long lasting relationship with - because it is very apparent the care for their customers.
