Computer problems are often desperate when no solution is found despite my herculean efforts to solve the problem with my iPad and Gmail. The "genius" at the Apple store could not solve my problem. Sasha listened, smiled and immediately explained what I needed to do. Then he took his computer and SHOWED me what to do. How good was that? It was fantastic, a great relief, and a wonderful experience. I rushed home, executed his advice, and lo and behold, my problem was solved. Sasha knows a lot about software issues and gladly shares his knowledge. His expertise, enthusiasm and empathy to his clients must be shared with all who need help with their PC computers, iPads, Mac's, etc. I will certainly share my experience with all my needy computer friends.
